1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the KURD TV application and web portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

KURD TV is a media player application. We do not provide, host, or sell any media content, live streams, or VODs. The application is strictly a tool for users to play their own legally acquired M3U or Xtream Codes playlists.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you stream using our application. You agree not to use KURD TV to stream copyrighted material without proper authorization from the copyright holder.

4. Device Activation

The KURD TV application provides a 7-day free trial per device (MAC address). After the trial expires, a one-time or subscription fee is required to activate the device permanently or monthly. The activation fee covers the software license and infrastructure costs, NOT media content.

5. Refunds

Because we offer a 7-day free trial to evaluate the app, all activation payments are final and non-refundable.
